We seek answers and some we may find.

But there are things more complicated to unwind.

While we want to know what is next.

Unwinding some things can make us very vexed.
While life will ask us to reach and strive.

Remember those precious moments that help us thrive.
Life continues its path whether it is calm or a storm.

There is no dry spot in a rainstorm.

Life is designed to keep us on our toes.

Within the chaos … our weaknesses are exposed.
Listen with our heart and move from a place that cares.
Recognize that all of us play musical chairs.

We are asked to change but we continue around the same place.

We need to remember to love and embrace.

Who we are and all our fears.

That is how we learn to change gears.

Take a risk and step outside the box.

Embrace those places that are as clever as a fox.

We are inching towards a change of pace.

We are moving from deception towards a broader space.
There are moments when I take the lead.

There are moments when my heart bleeds.

It bleeds for those that are still hiding the pain.

It bleeds for those that cannot handle the strain.

I seek the energy and the correct words.

To open hearts and remove the absurd.

So much of life is wasted in hate.

So much in life can feel like a heavy weight.

But if we let go of the burdens of regret.

Those things that the mind perceives as a threat.

Dissolve away in the tears of time.

And what once was … is no longer a working paradigm.

Take today to start anew.

Allow what is inside to breakthrough.

Then what is within … will come into the light.

And all those things that seemed such a fright.

Will be revealed as distortions and fear.

And who we are will become very clear.
