The Number 8 reminds us that with each breath … we live another moment. We are divine sparks of light that have embodied into these physical forms in an attempt to have unique experiences in a chaotic physical world. We are on an adventure into the material plane and what an adventure it is!
When you feel stressed today, just breathe. When you want to contract and hide, don’t … just breathe. Every breath contains energized particles of light that are infused with encoded information that we can assimilate if we let that light come deep into our being.
The more oxygen you allow into your body the more you can release toxins from this body. And currently in the world we are being bombarded by many forms of toxins, emotional, mental, spiritual, moral, and ethical toxins that want to try to collapse us into fear, loathing, hate, and hopelessness.
Today, no matter what happens, just remove yourself from that environment and go for a walk in the fresh air. Take a moment to pause and just breathe. Try to not think. Just allow in those particles of light that have potential solutions to current problems.
Contracting only allows us to be controlled by others. When we make ourselves small and try to fit into the preconceived boxes of others, we diminish not just ourselves but the contributions that we came to give this beautiful world.
