6 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 16
1 + 6 = 7

Today we look to the number 7, and some will see where they have become trapped in someone’s nets. Others saw the trap and walked the long way around while those that were enticed by the goodies being offered were systematically lured into the snares that waited patiently for the gullible and the uneducated.

The number 7 is the mental processes that allow us to see the traps and the steps that are the lure, and how they are designed to pull us down while we are whispered enticing words that hooked our minds and egos in such a way that we believed that we would be lifted up.

Perhaps today, you might see the trap before you step into it.
Perhaps you can find a path that is not so treacherous.
Perhaps you can find an unusual way through. Perhaps we can make today about doing what is right and protecting the rights of our fellow man.

When you can finally see the patterns designed to ensnare your soul into the suffering of karma, you have in that moment a choice to use wisdom as the guide or be just like an animal being lured to slaughter.

This number reminds us that while we have a primal part to our brain, today we need to use our discernment and the balance between our right and left brains to find the pathway through the traps and move into those places where freedom lives and breathes.

We cannot be fully alive if we are constantly being told what to do by others. We cannot be fully present if we are afraid of going against those in positions of power.

Power is never an indication of wisdom.

In fact, it is in of itself often a trap set by the ego to ensnare souls and limit our effectiveness and freedom in this life.
