Astrology for 8/23/2023

Today we shift into Virgo, and we now have a month to contemplate the details and put things into place. We move into the practical day-to-day life situations and are now getting back to the regular routines … as the end of summer is rapidly approaching and kids are back in school, and vacations (with the exception of Labor Day weekend) are now being placed in our memory banks.
There are many small bits that need our attention and getting those pieces together will make us feel much better and take a load off our minds.
I feel like singing that song, “Takin Care of Business”, by Bachman Turner Overdrive.
I think I will put that song on and start cleaning the house!
We might as well as have fun in the process of doing chores.
Let this astrological journey promote a tidy and organized reality. It feels good to have things in their place.
Mercury is in the Mood to go retrograde and now seems still in the sky. Best to back up those computers now while we have the chance. Remember to speak carefully and think about what you want to say … before you say it because communications can become tricky.
Today, we need heightened awareness of what we say and how others receive what we are attempting to share. Watch the body language of others and their eyes. That will help you know if you just stepped over some mysterious boundary or stepped into a trigger for another.
This retrograde can be very helpful if you want to meditate, write, or redo something. We are in a time where reflection is very helpful.
Expect telecom, communication systems, cell phones, and computers to go wonky.
Today would be a day to not take some issues personally. Try to not get frustrated. We cannot control the universe.
Decisions from our past come back into our mind and we have an opportunity to shift a few things into a more expanded perspective. Because so much is shifting in the astrology, it is best to not do things like buy a car or house today.
Wait just a bit until things settle down.
