Astrology for 7/15/2023

The Moon is in Gemini till this afternoon. At that point it goes into Cancer for a few days. Just remember till then while they say, “Curiosity killed the cat!”, I would beg to differ. Let your curious nature out and let it look at both sides of things. After all we live in a world of duality and everything and everyone has two sides. Often in humans we prefer to see one side and ignore the other. When we finally understand someone, we are willing to see both sides and will allow them to coexist within them. That way we learn what situations bring out the other one. And learn how to create spaces for both to grow and evolve. If we imprison one side, then when it surfaces it is often immature and reactive. Once we learn how to embrace our own duality, then both can evolve, and those two sides will help each other in their areas of expertise.
Once the Moon is in Cancer, our feelings matter and our connection to those we love even more. While our curiosity is interesting it can lead to over thinking and fabrication of the truth. So everyone eventually needs moments that they learn to let all thinking go and just be in the moment.
Venus and Neptune will quincunx and it might be too easy today to string along a fantasy. Try to keep it real. Try to notice why we need that fantasy so strongly. Clinging to illusions will always end in disappointment. Too often we cling to a person, situation, or circumstance for safety when such a thing is never safe as we cannot control the feelings of another. We seek love but there are many doubts that are surfacing today. Decisions seem difficult and more fear surfaces than is necessary.
