7 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 3 = 20.
2 + 0 = 2

The Number 2 wants to figure out the problems and find new solutions. The trick is to remember that not all answers are found in the mind. Some problems need time and to listen to our intuitive mind rather than our habits or our logic.
Today, notice the mind and all of its thoughts that rummage around inside that skull of ours. How many are helpful? How many are focused? How much nonsense are we generating subconsciously as a distraction from what really matters.
The older I get, the more I realize that less is more. The older I get the more I recognize that the mind will offer up endless distractions with the intention to help us avoid what we are feeling. It is easier to find fault in others than to look at ourselves, our own issues, our own mistakes, and our own healing that needs to happen.
Take some time today for yourself. Take a moment to slow down and take a look at the distractions that your own mind is creating to overwhelm you with “stuff” instead of stopping and allowing yourself the time to process what is needing your attention on a deeper level.
This number can be of help if we use our mind to assist us in self-regulating and stopping patterns that keep generating more things that need to be done rather than what our heart longs for.
Today, would be a good day to lay in the hammock and read a book or take a nap in the shade of the trees. Listen to the birds and allow your mind to drift.
I often find answers when I allow myself to drift in and out of consciousness. In those places between being awake and asleep, insights linger to connect our deeper self to what our human self could also really want to experience.
