Watch the birds busy feeding their young and feel the warmth in the day that will allow for green things to grow quickly. We are a part of the natural cycles. Sometimes we get so caught up in our own day-to-day struggles that we forget to enjoy what life is offering up on a silver platter. Notice that creating things such as gardens, flowers, and beauty matters not just in appearances but in how we feel inside as well. When we cultivate things to bloom … something inside blooms with them. When we feed the birds, we feed those parts of ourselves that are aligned with their quests, their plight, and their flight.
We are learning that we are not separate from anything in this world. We are learning that we are here to help and to hold. We are here to expand and be bold.
