9 + 6 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 3 = 22.
2 + 2 = 4

In yogic numerology, the number 4 looks to find the balance in life and how our actions generate either more harmony or discord. It seems easy to say that we want peace. But if we do not learn to hold on to peaceful states of mind and heart then we only contribute to the upsets and conflicts that plague our world.
Today is a reminder that while peace is our normal state of being, in this reality it must be worked on in order for us to find clarity. Try to become the person that others feel will give them a good ear, a kind heart, an open mind, and an understanding smile.
I have learned in life that it is not about forcing others to conform to our perspective. It is about knowing ourselves so well that the opinions of others do not alter who we are or how we move in this world.
It is not about us demanding that others change.
It is about becoming such a safe space for others that their dysfunction habits and patterns can be discarded because these triggers are not necessary in our presence. That authentic understanding and acceptance allows others the space they need so they no longer feel as if they have to defend who they are to others in our presence.
