Add the 1 + 2 + 1 + 6 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 1 = 15. 1 + 5 = 6.

This number 6 is associated with St. Hildegarde, who is an archetype of sincerity, honesty, and the purity of heart that captivates all spiritual seekers. It is the number of artists, musician, and composers. It is the number of writers and poets.

This number brings a curative power from being in contact with the energies of healing and nature.

It is through the purity of the heart that all healing can occur. It gives an opening to a potential and that space allows something magical to flow through it.

To find that inner purity, one has to be willing to seek a deeper emotional and relational intimacy with oneself and the forces that connect all life.

Today is not a day to indulge in things that are unhealthy and toxic. Avoid alcohol and drugs as an escape in order to relax. Such things are insufficient to be able to maintain high levels of consciousness effectively.

Today, there is a deep desire to let go of the mind but that is because there is difficulty in figuring out things that seem disjointed and out of alignment.

We are all here to learn to understand the complex depth of human emotion. While the current human condition can be challenging, don’t let go that you can and will be able to adapt to the changes happening. That restlessness you feel is just your essence trying to find a center in a up leveling spiral of cosmic shifts that we are currently experiencing.

Astrology Today

The Moon is in Taurus giving us the much-needed stability that this fixed earth sign offers until this afternoon. Then it moves into the engaging and energetic sign of Gemini. We might notice the duality that continues to unfold in our world. We might feel that duality on a deeply personal level.

While the beginning of this day helps us find a more cooperative place to operate from, later in the day the Moon will oppose to Mars and that will make things difficult to see and bring a more reactive response when we engage with others.

The Sun will semi-square to Saturn and that makes many forms of uncertainty creep in. Things seem much more serious, and we are trying to find a sense of clarity, duty, and a desire to protect those we love. We might feel that we need to protect them even from themselves.
There is a sense of caution that permeates everything. Challenges to expressing who we are authentically become ever more important. Many things are lingering and seem to hang in the air, causing discomfort and a sense that confrontations are just around the corner. It seems that something that is arising is going to be more to handle than any of us want to deal with currently. And whatever it is, is something unfamiliar and unknown.

Is it the anticipation of family drama over the holidays? Is it something more?

Blog

I miss the architecture and the beauty of the many cultures that I experienced when I lived in Europe. It is a world paved with the lives, effort, trauma, and skill that is still etched in the very stones from those that lived, worked, struggled, and died in a desire to create beauty, and a life.
Our ancestors put great toil and effort into all the things that still stand and remain.

When I look at the cobblestones, I can’t imagine the effort it took for men and women who were on their knees to place and pound in all those stones. And to see that those stones have stood the barrage of time and have managed to remain and become something of great beauty, is astounding.

I believe that when one creates something that can stand for such a long period of time, that a part of our soul is also there.
An echo holds a doorway open in the space and time continuum. It anchors us back to that moment and if we are sensitive to that energy, we can step through a portal of energy and into other spaces and places in time.

Some have more energy than others. Places where powerful moments in history have happened … carry a great energy charge. Pilgrims that continue to walk the pathways of great saints, teachers, and healers add to that natural energetic flow, making those anchors even stronger.
Some places hold energies of great trauma, such as the Tower of London, and the streets of ancient Jerusalem.
Others hold the energy of creative spirits such as The Quartier Pigalle (The Red-Light District in Paris), where all the artists would hang out and the chaos of sexual escapades and those that wanted to step away from their “normal” reality would go to drink and let go.
Those energetic signatures continue to exist and feed the patterns that have been established so that those spaces and places cause a type of permission for such energies to continue on.

I am forever fascinated by the architecture and the minds that create such spaces.

If you can slow down and feel into the hearts and souls of those creative souls, you can often go on a magical ride into the past and see beyond the present.
If one is sensitive, we can get a glimpse into the unfamiliar and spaces and places that are unknown to us. Once such things are glimpsed, one is forever changed, and it opens up parts of the mind that realize that there really are other dimensions and times that continue to overlap into our conscious reality.
