It may feel as if the ground keeps coming out from under you. That is a real problem globally. Finding stability in an unstable world is like knowing you are standing on quicksand and do not know what direction to move without sinking. But there is a way but that way is to lie on the ground and literally swim through the mud. Yes, it is dirty and rotten. Yes, it is not pleasant. But it is what will work. Such is this moment. The Full Moon is on Saturday February 8 in the night and it is in Leo. The Moon in Leo asks you to open your heart and share, yet the sun in Aquarius asks you to step back from emotions to see things from a detached and higher perspective. Both of these signs are being challenged by the asteroid Vesta. She is the temple goddess who wants private time to tap into a higher level of service. Because Vesta was a hearth goddess, the way to connect with her is through a little fire ceremony. Write down what you don’t want on a piece of paper and burn it in the fire. Write down what you do want and do the same. Venus has moved into Aries for the next three weeks, so in this Full Moon energy do your best to balance individuality and relationships. This energy intends to support a new path to meet going forward. You will also find new friends and connections that will help you along. Venus is now aligned with wounded-healer Chiron now, so a good time to heal old relationship or financial wounds. But for some of you, you will notice your own deep wounding and a strong sense of betrayal in those that you used to have faith in.

This Full Moon in Leo asks much from you. And that is courage. Courage to do the right thing in the face of evil. Courage to stand by your conviction in the face of those that want to tear down everything you value. Hero’s do not always win. In fact, they often lose. But that is the way of the world.
