Open the heart and open the mind.

See into a soul and what was left behind.

Notice the pains that some still carry.

Recognize that quickly before things get scary.

We see into the paths of some.

They are a mirror to remember where we come from.

We all have moments when we feel wounded and alone.

We all have triggers to which we are prone.

To be our best self we must look things in the eye.

We cannot grow when we continue to deny.

What has happened and where we must choose to go.

Notice … that we need to take many things … very slow.

The patterns that are wound around our soul

Take a long time to understand to let go the control.

We think that healing is about ignoring what was.

But healing is about understanding the cause.
