Quote
Face the fury the ego throws out.
Face the truths inside without a doubt.
The mind plays games to keep reality at bay.
It tells us to take a closer look … another day.
But deep inside … behind those defenses.
The soul must deal with the consequences.
That causes the body to wither and die.
And that is why we must override the lie.
Those lies that we tell ourselves to feel better.
Can become like an obnoxious chain letter.
Enrolling others in some useless game.
Making our mind get lost in the blame.
Such things waste a precious life.
And end up making our world filled with more strife.

As the days warm and the sun brightens the sky in longer waves of light, I feel the spring in my step and the kindness of my heart warm.
As age slows doing the ramblings in my mind, I see the value of friendships and those that have walked with me through this life.
Friends are not designed to be perfect. They are designed to be uniquely human and flawed.
That gives us the ability to see through the eyes of compassion and to be willing to witness the journey of another soul on their karmic pathway to awakening.
If we can be supportive in small ways that is always a good thing but often it is more about listening and caring.
None of us are perfect. But we are a form of art creating itself.
There are moments we get lost in the importance of an event.
There are moments we forget who we really are. There are eons where we fall into the dark places where fear controls the storyline.
We are the lost hero searching for meaning to events that have transpired along our journey.
We seek meaning in order to understand.
We resist stepping out of the mythology we created in an attempt to find meaning to our life.
In the end, we realize that deep connection is the key to the doorways that lead beyond the rules of a karmic existence.
In the end, we see the feigned morality is form of self-deception hiding who we really are.
Love has the unlimited potential when not bound by the ropes of attachment and fear of loss.
For the rest of this life learn to care but to not let others tear at the fabric of that infinite self.
Then we will see the true power that is held in the gentleness, we will see the beauty in the unusual, we will see the hope in the struggle, and we will see light that was hidden in the darkness.
