I want a world where children are safe.

I want governments that make laws as a fail-safe.

Against those whose minds and hearts intend to harm.
And target those who are peacefully living a life unarmed.

We live in a world where haters want to win.

But we are getting tired of taking it on the chin.

There are elements that carry us over the humps in life.

There are those that intend only conflict and more strife.

I care not to associate with those who intend harm.

I wish everyone a safe space and a strong arm.

We need to see that we have the power within.

One that wants to rebuild, grow, make beautiful, and begin.
I trust those whose heart … leads the way.

Not those whose minds are locked in treachery and dismay.

When we find those, whose souls are aligned with truth and love.

We can connect to them, on a level, that fits soft like a glove.
Life is about finding where we belong.

Life is complicated and not always like a Country Western Song.

If we can find a place that feels like home.

Then we have the courage to more freely roam.

And that leads us on adventures into an ever-expanding potential.
And that gives us a chance to embrace the existential.
