Astrology for 5/18/2024

There is a bit of a stir in the cosmic skies as we are getting two conjunctions in Taurus today. The first one is Venus in Taurus and Uranus in Taurus will align. That helps us let go of some of that resentment we have at the world and the universe for all this craziness that has been happening for years. Some will use this opportunity to say what they feel and others to pronounce what is needed at this moment in the world. Seems we want to mix things up a bit. Use your passion as the steering wheel on this cosmic ship and you might just feel today as if you are so lucky that you are getting green lights from the universe to move ahead. We feel the grounded and stable energy of Taurus, but we have that feeling that life is also about taking a few risks. Without those moments of bold courage, we may miss things like great love or an opportunity that will not pass this way again. Seize the moment. For some, that may be all they have but they don’t know that.
This astrology can make us quickly fall in love, though it may not stand the tests of time. But I believe we learn from each person we encounter and each experience we are willing to give ourselves. We are in the time of spring, and it calls to each of us to get out of our hovel and to engage with others and with life. Let that expression become something that can make a difference in the lives of others.
The second conjunction is when with Sun aligns with Jupiter. This gives us a very strong sense that we really can do it. Our motivations are ready, willing, and able to leap into actions. We feel as if we have more vitality, and our confidence is determined to keep moving forward. New things feel less scary and we can actually feel how our integrity is creating a new path ahead of us.
This can be a time when others finally seem to recognize us and that sparks a sense that we might have finally accomplished something that has long-term value.
For some, this can inspire them to learn new things, go back to school, or seek experiences that allow them to stretch and grow.
Today, we finally feel … lucky! We feel as if our patience is being rewarded and a new sense of self-worth is emerging. Add to that, we feel more comfortable in our own skin.
It feels as if the obstacles that have been blocking for so long are finally crumbling on their own and we don’t have to work so hard to get a result.
With all this good “juju”, you might just rediscover some hidden talents. Many doors are open. Best to run through those doors quickly while many are open wide, and we can see through to the future dream being created.
