Astrology for 8/11/2023

The Moon will continue its journey in Gemini until late this afternoon/early evening. In the meantime, we can all enjoy a lot of fresh ideas picking up and a desire to reconnect with old friends.
As the Moon moves into Cancer this evening, we want to slow down and have time for our own emotional needs and wants. Family becomes more of a priority and doing things at home even more interesting.
Chiron and Mars will quincunx  and while we have the gumption and drive to get things moving in an effective direction, it will also piss some people off. There is a strong edge of defensiveness currently running and the levels of frustration are very high. Try to stay calm, and centered while things sort themselves out. This is not the day to lead with innuendos and provocation. People are a little sensitive and do not intend to turn the other cheek when they are feeling targeted. Annoying behavior is not going to be tolerated. Best to recognize tension in a situation and walk away today.
