Astrology for 8/17/2023

The New Moon yesterday is still pushing us forward with renewed strength today. But today, we have a Virgo Moon that will also make us take a look at the details that need to be addressed. Small things matter. Especially when the Moon will oppose Saturn this morning. Our focus gets very practical in its application. Dreams are put to the side and we have to get organized so that our daily affairs run smoothly. Expect others to need our help and be willing to jump into the mix.
As we leap into some new things, we will need to make informed choices and today’s astrology is perfect for that.
Mercury in Virgo helps us to feel right at home on some important levels. Seems that what is useful is more important now. The only concern is if the details become too much of a focus that we lose our perspective. And that our approach might seem very fact based and lacking imagination.
Try to take pride in yourself and your past actions. A retrograde Venus in Leo gives us that ability to see our choices and recognize the gifts in the attempts.

Mars is also in Virgo till the 27^th of August, making us feel a bit driven to get things done and a deep desire to get them done correctly. During this time we can excel in figuring out a sequence and mastering a task at hand. Things that require precision are easier to accomplish. While our personal standards seem important, it just feels good to be accurate, precise, and effective.
