Astrology for December 13, 2024

As the Moon prepares to shift into Gemini around midday, we take some extra time with the Taurus Moon to reflect on those “Olden Days” from our respective childhoods. You know, those times when things seemed simpler. Those times when life teemed with magic. And those times when we knew we were love and loved.

The retrograde Mercury shifts on the 15^th, so we tend to be a bit nostalgic as any planet shifts. Reflect but do not come to any grand conclusion. If we are honest, life has become more complicated and because of that it is hard to focus and to feel certain about choices that seem to rise in our mind.

But because Venus and Mercury are in a sextile, we long for those feelings of cooperation and knowing that we can come together and make something happen that can be wonderful for this holiday season. Perhaps this is the day to take a look at your plan and begin to make that magic happen.

Today is a perfect day to look at our friendships and appreciate those in our life that have stayed the course. It is a great day to make a phone call and reconnect to those that come to mind and laugh a bit about our past and share about what is happening in our worlds.

Chiron and Venus are in the mood to help us remain open to the thoughts of others and to listen with our full presence.

Pluto just can’t help but be slightly intense today. Seems it is time to get some control over our circumstances … just as long as our choices are not pushy or demanding of others. Make those choices, personal for you and you alone. Leave others to their own devices and know that the only person we can master is ourselves.
