Astrology for December 20, 2024

The Moon in Virgo wants to put things into focus. To do that it asks us to pay attention to the details and to not allow anything to slide. It is time to recognize those that are helpful and those that aren’t. It is time to stop trying to make things up in our mind that allows the choices and actions of others to slide. It is time to see clearly. That is how we can make more appropriate choices and actions.

But we live in a world filled with distractions. There is a lot going on right now, and if we are honest, it is much more than our small minds can currently comprehend. The Moon square to Mercury makes that crystal clear. We seek to find the right words to express what we are feeling but they are woefully inadequate at this time.

Mars (the planet of energy, gumption, and drive) is still retrograde, and it will biquintile the Sun and will try to do it also with Uranus. We are filled with original thoughts that now want to play out into actions. We can feel that uniqueness inside us seeking a way out of the darkness and into the light.

We are trying to find a way to be challenged without going into petty competition with others. Small games are not worth the effort at this time. We seek to understand the bigger meaning of our own existence. And we are finally ready to change in order to get there.

What is clear is that there will be problems. But there will always be problems and there will always be those whose fear will try to block any form of awakening and progression of the individualistic human soul’s evolution. The only way through is to become honest with ourselves. Perhaps then we will see a path that is not currently available to our level of perception and awareness.
