Astrology for December 29, 2024

The Moon spends almost the whole day enjoying and celebrating the seasons joys in the sign of Sagittarius. But just before the day shifts into tomorrow … the Moon will go into Capricorn. Tomorrow, we have to get back into beginning to clear the holiday energy and clean up from all the celebrating. Because Monday morning we will have to get right back at it.

Mercury and Mars are in a small square, so know that going forward could be met with impatience and conversations that you just did not need at this moment. Mars wants to get things going but Mercury is in retrograde and it not giving Mars any help. It can feel like we are oddly rushing around but not seeming to go very far.

Think first before you speak. Wisdom counsels to wait before you decide to share. Things can get done if we are willing to create a plan on paper and check things off in a reasonable way. The key is to not push to find a way to move while being aware of the boundaries and emotional needs of others.

Chiron finally shifts from its retrograde into a forward motion. It is a perfect day to open up the deeper self and to share that with someone you love and trust. It is time to crack that heart back open and allow yourself to show some vulnerability. That is how hardened hearts will melt, and love can again blossom.

Uranus will sesquiquadrate to the Sun and so it is time to look at what demands are right in front of us and begin to set some new intentions because what is coming … is not going to feel familiar. We need to think very differently than ever before. 2025 is going to test our patience in ways that will surprise us. We are going to need a calm demeanor and to put on our thinking caps because we are going to have to think outside the box. The more we can let go, the more we will learn how to move in this new place. Everything coming … is about innovation and rapid shifts. Don’t worry, you are here for a reason, and you are here to be a part of this emerging reality.
