Astrology for September 27, 2024

With the Moon in Leo, we are bolder and more willing to let go and play a bit more wildly. That is probably a good thing. But such moments open up our creativity as well. We are more creative when we feel into the flows that are outside our reality. Inside we are full of rules and restrictions, obligations and responsibilities. So much of our day is tied up in following the patterns of our society or what our family instilled in us.

This Leo Moon makes us seem to care less about those places inside that try to control that other side of us. You know that other side. It is the one that wants to throw caution to the wind. It wants to not care about what others think. It is that voice inside that often comes out your eyes but not your mouth but, in your head, it says, “There small. I can take them!”
I believe that inside us we have all the astrological signs and their energies. They might be lined up places depending upon which house they are in for us personally, but they are there moving us either actively or passively.

Embrace the fullness that you are today. Even those parts that you might have labeled peculiar or pesky. Every part of us needs to have a voice and get some fresh air. Just be mindful of when it is appropriate to let them out your mouth, out your eyes, or out your body. But regardless they need to be let out.

Many more things can expand when you are open, free, and willing to authentically engage with others. To have meaningful connections with others we need to have strong reserves of compassion and creativity. Remember, the best way to disarm another is with actions that are loving, calming, and that inspire their best behavior.

Venus and Jupiter are still in a minor square and that can make us feel antsy and want to move to get rid of the nervous tension that has built up.

When we learn to manage all that fire energy effectively, we can get a lot done or we can take things too far. Remember we are here to improve our lot in life … not add to the karmic burden we are already carrying. Keep expectations to a reasonable level. That way we won’t be disappointed in the long run.

There are many waves coming our way and we are going to have to roll with them as gracefully as possible. Remember to … bend.
