Astrology for 8/9/2023

The Moon will shift out of stabilizing Taurus and into the socially engaging sign of Gemini, giving us ideas that want to go bigger and make things better.

Venus in retrograde is square to Uranus and that makes energies continue to create more stress and the tension seems to be building. Old patterns rise up once again to point out that we are still working on certain things. There are points today that may seem exhausting on many levels. Torn between desiring connection and needing space we feel in limbo … more than settled.
There is a restlessness that continues to plague our mental clarity and feeling certain seems a far leap. Try to not make big leaps for the next few days. While we all seem to want to make a change, our discomfort can make us leap before we look. And that would not be good.
Jupiter and Mercury are in a trine and while that gives us hidden confidence, it might be good to consider all the options before jumping.
We are all seeking to find ways to trust in a world that is leaning further into conflict. I know many have really good intentions and want change but we have people in positions of power that cannot and will not listen to the voices of the majority. That then leads us nowhere. Stagnation continues to pollute our world as we seem to do nothing that is required to help ourselves and the world.
