In Yogic numerology, the number 10 is the number where much can bloom. This is a number of power as it naturally rises up to the surface.
This number is much like how a plant warms in the springtime, and buds form at the tips of branches. As the water and warmth in the ground allows the plant to bring the energy gathered up from the winter up into the plant, this tells all forms of plant life, that now, it is time to begin another cycle.
In all of our lives, we have moments when we feel that rising of our power. Something begins to stir, and we discover that we are not dead but perhaps we were just waiting for the right conditions that will allow us to flourish.
