In yogic numerology, the number 5 reminds us how much we need this beautiful world upon which we all depend. We forget how much it offers and how much we forget the abundance that she offers. We are here to learn to walk softly on this land. But too often there are those who only insist and demand from this place of great beauty. In the human insistence for more, we tear down beautiful places with an absence of grief and lack of compassion.
Today, how can we demand that the powerful wild places remain forever just as they are. This is an earth day and a day where we recognize that there is more to life than those things that we believe we want and need.

Learn to listen to the land and allow it to talk to your soul. Let it inspire you to do things that will allow that voice to remain alive and that will give it space to be forever … free.
