In yogic numerology, the number 8 can be quite an emotional day. Mix that with the very confusing astrology and it seems a day to re-evaluate our priorities.
Old things can surface, and new problems seem to arise just when you really don’t want to take on one more thing.
Simple things seem harder and bring up more emotions that seems to be necessary. Controlling feelings and containing situations may seem a long shot.
Sometimes you must let the emotions roll through in safe places rather than in crowds.
Today, it might be better to take a long walk around the block rather that give that other person a piece of your mind. I bow out when I know my emotions have the power to get the better of my sanity. Best to take a break, a walk, or a time out before I decide to respond so I can let out what I am feeling privately, then go back in and deal with the situation with a cooler and calmer head.
