Personally I am feeling the exhaustion that all of us feel from all this chaos and negativity. It takes such strength of will to resist the telepathic agreement field of suffering and upset. The only way I know is to drop into my own center and connect to my heart. When I connect to that heart I feel that universal connection to all the other hearts out there that are cultivating peace and love rather than hate. I feel deep compassion for all those who do not know themselves well enough to stay in a place of responsible action. It is those who cannot stay centered in love while so much is negativity is happening that carry a very heavy karmic burden now and into the future. Choose to cultivate a world where we learn to work together. Choose love. It is never the easy choice but in the end it is the only choice. Otherwise you are creating a destructive pattern of energy that can destroy the world in which we live.
