The things in life that look so scary to our mind.
Are often not what they seem … because it is us that are blind.
We label one thing bad and another good.

But we did not really look completely under the hood.

Those that have learned to play the game.

Appear not a threat and completely tame.

But those are the predators that are lurking in our midst.
They need to belong and can endlessly persist.
Danger lurks in every heart.

Some don’t know who they are and feel set apart.

The need to belong is strong in the human race.

But enlightenment requires aloneness to embrace.
I look to those that stand completely alone.

They watch the human drama and do not get thrown.

They realize that everyone is playing a role.

One that is familiar to them and very old.

You see humanity tends to get stuck in the same old place.

We continue to circuit into the same rat race.

But there are those that do not participate in the game.
They prefer to observe and witness the refrain.

Today step away from needing to fit in.

That is when something very interesting will begin.

And then a real life will finally start.

One that is perfect for you to play a part.
When we are free to be whatever we want.

The rules shift and there is no need to flaunt.

Those that are jealous hold fear and hate inside.

Those that cannot see are too much in their head and hide.

Walk through life with opened eyes.

Do not hate, regret, or despise.
It is all a dance that you can join in or not.

Where you get triggered is your blind spot. 
When you decide to love in the face of hate.

Then you may finally see the karmic exit gate.

That doorway that leads to a place beyond fear.

The more terrified it seems the closer you are to what is so dear.

Because what you are afraid to see up close.

Is not your shadow or some ghost.

It is the potential that you had forgotten you hold.

And he or she is very powerful and bold.

They wait just outside the gate of fear.
And that power that you are is a Shakespeare.

When you are ready … you will find your way.

And all the hurt, upset and dismay.

Will melt away as you finally come home.

And you eternally merge with what you have always known.
