Quote
There are certain things that hold greater value than most.
Admitting we were wrong is one of them.
I am always amazed that so many people seem to not know how to say, “I am sorry”.
I believe it is because we cannot forgive ourselves. I also know that while a person may say I am sorry for one thing, they often have done many other things and enrolled others in their drama and caused their toxic energy to infect, and cause upset for others. The reason they don’t apologize is because their wrongdoing is so much worse than what we know of.
The only way to return to Love, is for the upset and hate to shift by saying, “I was wrong!”
Then to recognize the lack of moral fortitude in playing the blame game. Owning it completely and then intending to never … ever … do it again.
While God will forgive us every time, God also expects us to own up to our faults and to actively change to become a better person.

Had another bad night last night. Nothing like a migraine where one can’t even keep Ginger Ale down. UGH!
I hate it when I can’t sleep because I am trying to not throw up. It is exhausting!
Perhaps I just needed to do nothing for the last 4 days. Sometimes I think the universe just has to tell me in no uncertain terms to stop.
I have a hard head.
I often try to do too much.
Perhaps it would be better.
To just sit and have lunch.
And watch the motion.
Of the clouds in the sky.
And remember to live.
Before I die.
