What Are We Saving Today?
While none of us can single handedly save the world. We can save precious parts of the world that are in our immediate reality if we are willing to put in the extra effort and time.
We cannot save humanity from its own lessons, but we can randomly plant a tree and make it a family affair. We can have those stray cats neutered and spayed so there are not more unwanted animals. We can donate to organization that helps creatures and people that are in need of support while the struggle with the issues of survival and finding mental health and job stability.
There is so much that each of us can do if we just do small things. Because those small things combine and can make an enormous difference over time.
We may not see our great grandchildren play under the shade of that tree we are planting now, but our love and care for that tree will continue to love and care for those that come after us.
Our respect and protection of nature will allow for the great wonders of the world to still be seen hundreds of years from now.
Our willingness to learn how to accept the traditions, beliefs, and cultures of others will eventually create a world of peace and one without war and conflict.
A little effort from each of us now will lead to so much goodness if it is shared with the honor and love that comes from a willingness to listen, understand, and to change.
