Sometimes it feels as if we are weaving in and out of life. Life calls us to the dance where we are compelled to dance until we die in one form or another. Sometimes that dance is slow and steady. Other times like today, it feels as if we are breathing hard to keep up and the tempos and tones keep changing causing us to feel as if we are faltering and losing the rhythm.
But don’t worry! Sometimes that is what is necessary for us to entice life into new flows and patterns. Often our mistakes cause a glitch in the systems and then there are new adaptations that are required of us to support new flows and progress us past the bumps and into finding a more original space in which to flow.

In real life, mistakes can lead to new ideas and insights. Mistakes can show us a flaw in a system that needs to be addressed now rather than later. Mistakes show us where we are lacking a certain type of understanding to make things come together.
Remember to not beat yourself up for making mistakes. Without them we would not learn or need to continue to grow. Without eye problems, we would never have eyeglasses, contacts, replacement of cornea surgery, microscopes or telescopes. Problems demand solutions. Just as life demands something of us today. Embrace it fully and when we approach things from less resistance, we end up suffering less, and believing in ourselves more.
