Today, the number 4 reminds me that when we allow others to polarize and make decisions that serve one group but do not serve the whole, then we perpetuate dysfunction, discord, suffering, and sorrow.
The world wants and cries out for homeostasis. Balance is the way of nature, the universe, and our souls. Balance is the key to finding happiness. But happiness is currently limited to the group that has the power, the group that is the loudest, and the group that labels others with projections that are lies.
Life is hard enough without perpetuating more dis-ease out into the world with negative words, thoughts, and actions.
Today, notice your own prejudices and where you pull back in fear. That is the beginning of creating stories about others that cause harm to them and to you.
All prejudices are defenses against our own insecurity and fear.
Peace is the process today. To find that we will have to sacrifice those beliefs that only cause ourselves and others pain.
