Today is the number 6 and this is a moment when we embrace the calm before the onslaught of the Holiday storm. Get those lists and check them twice. The season is here, and we are going to need to make the most of family and connections while we can. Each year, there is a chance that another person might be missing from our pack the next gathering. Celebrate every moment. Know that what is important is to create memories that carry us through the tough times.

The Number 6 has a place of peaceful engagement with others that comes from knowing our own center and being able to embody that peace so completely that our presence positively impacts others.

I love the number 6 because I shift out of feeling obligated to the needs of others and just for this day, I make myself the priority. If we cannot learn how to love and care for ourselves, eventually we end up giving too much of ourselves away and have nothing left to offer. That is why it is good to find the ways to cultivate moments when we remember that we matter. It is important to see our unique qualities, because if we cannot see who we are then we hide those essential qualities from others. Then people will only see who we are pretending to be rather than who we actually are.

Today, see the uniqueness inside and let that shine out into the world. When you fully love all of who you are, others cannot help but see that and it gives them permission to also become more authentic and see their value.
