Today is the Number 9 and it is time to wash our hands of the old and to put on those gloves and get ready for what is coming our way. If we keep burdening our mind with the actions, choices, and mistakes of others and ourselves, we will end up never moving forward.

This number 9 is all about embracing who we are and what we have been but now allowing the wisdom from those moments to become integrated and digested into a more healthy way for a new life. Mistakes happen so we learn to open our mind and let go. Upsets happen to show us that there are always more ways to see things. And the number 9 reminds us that completion is not about always getting our goals but instead about being willing to learn as we aim towards those goals. The lessons learned along the way are the parts that are most important. We think aiming for the goal and getting the goal is the only standard for success.

But real success is in flexibility and adapting to the many changes that arise in the quest for a goal. Every path has moments when we will come to a crossroads. Every path will require us to change again and again. Every path will show us where we did not see something and now will have to make another adjustment.

Today, the reminder is that completion is going to be about being able to adapt. It is a reminder that you are at a fork in the road, and you must choose a path. It is the acknowledgement that you now need to claim your own life and to do that you will have to make decisions not just based on the past but about what is now best for your future.
