2 + 1 + 3 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 15
1 + 5 = 6

Today is the number 6 and I plan to take this time to be with myself in silence. A quiet soul is a peaceful soul. We cannot be of great help to others if we are caught up in turmoil and are feeling as if the demands of this world are too much.

The trick is to take things one at a time. Lay out a plan and follow your own line. Remember that we cannot walk the paths that are for others. We are here to discover who we are and what we still have to uncover.

The Number 6 day is an excuse to stop all the rushing. It is a moment to not care about the opinions of others and allow yourself the luxury of connecting and enjoying your own company.

Dropping in and feeling your own core, will allow you to recharge and remember who you are and why you are really here.
