Today is the number 5 asks you to look to what will allow for healing deep within your soul and to bring hope back into this moment. For me that answer is always music, art, and dance.

Surround yourself with those things that expand your heart and give your life the inspiration to be and express your best self. It is easy to be the light in good times. It is a great gift to be the light in the darkest of times.

Remember that others may need that sparkle that comes out from your core now more than ever. Be generous with that potential that is there and remember that the more you give to others the more will come back to you in the end just when you need it.

Listen to your heart and soul. Find those things that really matter and put everything else to the side. We need to focus on what is going to help us the most in the long term rather than go for the old way of “immediate gratification.”

This number 5 is about getting real and knowing what will matter over time. Care for those that you have the capacity to help. Pick friends carefully. None of us can completely carry others but we can move from compassion and kindness at every turn.

Keep your inner circle tight. Be more aware of your own personal health and well-being. Recognize that we cannot depend on systems to protect our own interests.
