Today is the number 2 and it is a good day for discernment and checking things twice. Sometimes we can become so overwhelmed with the energies unfolding that it can make us feel scattered and unfocused. This is a moment to recognize when that is happening and do what it takes to shift into better alignment with the intensity of this new energy unfolding.

Personally, I have upped my mental supplements so I can move with this energy and surf the wave rather than be worried that it might drag me under.

It is amazing how a bit of nutritional, herbal, or supplemental help can shift moods, focus, and help us get a lot done if we are open to allowing in new ideas and ways to do just that.

It is logical and rational to recognize that what worked for us in our 20s and 30s might not work for us in our 50s and 60s. After all, our cells completely change every 7 years. We become a new person on the inside and often on the outside, as well.

Take a look today at how you are handling things and if you need some additional help to feel better, it is appropriate to go to those that have more insight and awareness than us.

There is no need to feel down and out all the time.

Yes, life will have its ups and downs but when the downs outweigh the ups, that is the moment to take the bull by the horns and go find out what is off and make the necessary adjustments.

Today, learn to use that discernment for constructive purposes. And don’t let the current life situations strip you of your joy.
