2 + 3 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 14
1 + 4 = 5

Today is the number 5 and it is time to put on those work boots and get going. Health starts with movement and having a task to do. Our minds need to be challenged, and we seek to find new things that might become our passion.

But to do that we have to get up, get going, and get out of our old ways of being.

Life is a constant merry-go-round. Sometimes we are up and at other times we are down. But what matters is that we continue to try. We have to find who we are and ignore what others think and or even care about their opinions.

We are in a time when if you do not have your feet firmly planted on the ground. We will find ourselves lost and confused as the winds of change pull us into too many directions all at once.

This is a number that reminds us to notice … to what we are rooted. We need our grounding, and we need to know if that grounding will hold on to us through this process. It is essential to feeling safe and knowing that we can trust in this new flow.

But trust starts with the self.

Trust starts with knowing our roots and from where we have come.
Trust starts by knowing that we have resources and reserves that will appear when we need them.

You see nothing in life is guaranteed. Each moment might be your last. That is why we need to make each moment count. You cannot trust the processes of life that are constantly in flux. You cannot trust others because they often are more clueless than you feel currently. But you can trust yourself to know that you are resilient and that you have proven again and again, that you can ride the wild waves.

This is just another wave today. Yes, it can feel like a big one but there have been huge waves before … and look you are still here.

You can do this. But only if you believe in yourself.
