Today is the number 8 and just know that the Schumann Resonance is really off at the moment. The Schumann Resonance is like the heartbeat of the planet. Those frequencies are off the chart and tremendously high.

This can make you feel as if there is a lot of energy being released. It can make you feel agitated, confused, upset, stressed, etc. For some that will want to make you want to scream. For others they may need to go for a run.

This is interesting because the number 8 is very emotional, restless, and it feels as if a lot of things are trying to be released. So, this makes sense in the bigger global reality especially with the Schumann Resonance so high at the moment.

But with this Schumann Resonance, it can feel as if your body is trying to release something … but that something feels stuck.

It can feel as if your body is trying to catch up and adjust to the monumental energy shifts happening in our world.

Think of it as if our spiritual being and our human self are trying to find a new balance point. And the body gets caught in the middle of these big leaps.

Today, get moving, go for a walk, dance, and shake it out. Give the body a chance to let this energy move through and out of the body in constructive and natural ways.

Today, the body needs a bit of help from you to find that new balance. Pay attention to what it is asking from you.

Then actively do those things so you can move with the energy rather than get jammed up by the energy.
