2 + 2 = 4

Today, we try to calm down with the number 4. We live in a world that is out of balance because of so much negativity that is generated intentionally to control the people through fear. People are not the enemy … fear is.

That is why today, we have to work towards a better internal balance because the external imbalance is not going away any time soon.

How can we create a balanced world if we are not in harmony within. When we are out of balance, we make choices that are reactive and then our responses will often not be well planned, nor will they have looked to the future implications of our choices.

A calm and centered mind generates outcomes that serve more than just the self. A neutral mind has the ability to observe and be discerning without judging but coming from a place of accepting and understanding.

Remember that peace has to be fought for in order to be maintained. We are in a day and time that mindfulness is essential to the forces in play. Know that being more awake and watching out for those that are distracted by this moment in time and not paying attention can actually … save your life. Expect people to be unfocused and challenged by their own lives. That is why it will be up to you to be more aware.
