1 + 9 = 10

The number 10 reminds us that inside we have so much untapped potential and power. The challenge is to get out of our own way in order to be able to receive it.

The bigger issue is to take a look at the reason and the intention behind why you want the power? If you want to have power to “get even” that is a misuse of power. If you want to have power to make the world a better place and that expression of power serves the greater good and helps heal or protect things, then the intent is good, and the universe will tend to support that more.

If power isolates you or you surround yourself with sycophants, that means that your power is weak, and that you need constant validation by others to maintain your power. That is not real power. Real power comes from deep inside one’s core. Power such as this has been tested in the fires of our personal journey into “Mordor” and in such a place no one can take those truths away from us because of the their opinions or biases.

Power that lasts and that stands the tests of time come from those souls whose center is not based on what one can acquire or get but instead on their ability to hold compassion regardless of circumstances.

Today, you have an opportunity to look at what kind of power you want, what kind you currently have, and what kind might you want to cultivate.

Choose wisely.
