With the Number 3 being the theme for today, we see smiles more easily and feel as if we are getting things accomplished. We seem to breathe easier and there are things that seem to be slowly progressing.
Life has its flows and then those moments when it does not seem to go. But there is always something happening even when we cannot see it.
That is why today, look to see what might be unfolding even if it is rather slowly.
See yourself as a mountain landscape. One that has stood for eons and shaped by the waters, the earthquakes, the sun, and time. Our emotions (water) shape us. They force us to surrender into the directions that they require us to flow. The world will often shake us up (earthquakes), when we least expect it. What once seemed stable is no longer dependable. We learn to work with change in those moments because the universe does not ask if we are ready, we are expected to be capable of adapting no matter what. The thoughts we have that inspire us (the sun) can either warm our hearts and melt resistance or they can darken our day. It is our thoughts that can turn a lovely moment into a dark day. And then the Gods of Time shape us because beauty cannot be rushed. Nuance cannot be fully appreciated, and love is a feeling that grows. Time is in charge of all those elements.
Notice today, if you are pushing yourself or if you are able to give yourself the most valuable commodity … time.
When we truly love and appreciate who we are and what we have become, we also know that we deserve moments of uninterrupted time. We know that we love ourselves when we listen to what our entire being needs in moments and then knows to give that.
But beware of those thoughts that support you in escaping the reality rather than being fully present in the reality. That is not loving to yourself. It is avoidance of being fully present with what you are feeling.
Time is an element that brings us into alignment with all that is if we are willing to open and connect with what really matters.
Let’s be clear. That game you are playing does not really matter. It is the way you avoid dealing with what keeps calling your attention. Those social events that have no substance are also an avoidance, they are just allowing you to be immersed in so much noise that you cannot hear the longing of your own heart.
Time calls you to presence in this moment and only when one is fully emersed in the endless waves of time can we see our own beginnings and endings.
Once you see that, then you recognize that the path always was and will forever be the path of joy, love, and positive energy.
That is the gift of this number 3 day. Enjoy!
