With the Number 5 we look to what really matters on a daily basis. We are human beings living in a powerfully changing world and so finding new routines that are conducive to a healthy body, a sharp mind, and a willingness to embrace the shifts in our reality are essential.

It is time to take care of the basics but in very new ways.
And part of the basics is about staying grounded and having coping mechanisms in a world that seems to want us to live in the states of chaos that others are creating.
That is why the focus today is on the home and on family. In the end, it is family that can give us the care and support that is needed when we feel out of balance. Family is the ballast in our boat that steadies us in stormy waters.

Today might feel like stormy waters. And this boat might feel as if the emotions threaten us to tip our boat.

Remember, who you are and what you believe that can be possible. Hold onto that hope like it is a rudder that can guide you through these storms, because it can.

Together if we keep our head cool and our thoughts focused on what is important, we will weather these storms of life and be better for them. Storms clear the air of the cobwebs that threaten to ensnare our freedoms. And the fresh air of truth will find its way through to help us see what is next for us in this wonderful life.
