Today is a number 4 and with this number we want peace inside our soul and out in the world. Life is a quest to find balance. That balance sways from time to time. And it is the imbalances that allow us to recognize that imbalance is actually more stressful to deal with.

When we see that we are spinning in patterns that only misdirect our energies then we realize that learning how to find balance and maintain that balance becomes not just enjoyable but an energy saver as well.

Our body prefers homeostasis, but our outer reality also prefers it. To maintain outer balance, we have to first start with the inner. Maintaining our own inner state of mind and being, requires us to become authentic and to move in our life from a place that is congruent with our core. Only when we can be consistent in doing that and are not swayed by things happening in the external world, will be begin to find the ways to master situations in the outer world as well.

We cannot master the outer world without inner balance, we can only manipulate people and circumstances with our own levels of self-deception. Such a thing will always eventually backfire on us because it is inauthentic and coming from ego not our essence.

Today, practice that expression of who you really are internally. Share those thoughts and things that matter most to you. Find how to come together with others by creating an environment that is so authentic that you create a space for them to also explore their authentic self with you. It is from such places of sharing that we can find the commonality that will allow us to heal, and create things for our world that can make a difference not just for ourselves but others as well.
