This being a number 5 day, we want to bring more healing, grounding, and being into our lives. Being fully present requires us to pay attention. It shows us if we are spaced out and numb. Today, notice those subtle messages from nature and the universe. In a number 5 day, it is time to connect with life in a way that is compassionate, caring, and authentic.

We seek ways to belong and to come together. We are seeking our spiritual family. But to find them, we have to stop hiding who we are behind the layers of cloaks that the ego has created. Until we take off those cloaks and embrace our vulnerability and our own wounding … others cannot see who we truly are. If that is the case, then our spiritual family will also not be able to see us.

So often, we cannot see because we have the blinders on. We feel isolated, but we do not realize that when we were wounded … we took some of our marbles and went home. As we took parts of ourselves away, we became more shielded and cloaked. As we protected ourselves and our hearts, we made it more difficult for others to see us and connect with us.

Today is a day when you might be able to see what you have done and begin to undo those patterns that keep you isolated, alone, and feeling separate.

Remember that you are a part of this world, and everything around you is still connected to you. Learn how to take down the walls that the ego built up to protect itself from this world. We can never transcend this reality by keeping ourselves separate from it.

Life (the number 5) is here for us to grasp and enjoy while we have it. Death will stalk us all, and there is no need to fear it because everything in this reality will have to experience it at some point, and not money, fame, or power will stop death from taking all of us back home.

That is why we need to grasp firmly what we have right now. Because we never know what is just around the next bend in the river.
