Today is the number that is all about Strategies and Structures.

Take a look at what patterns fill your soul and what patterns seem to drain your energy. It is very difficult to know at times what we need but all we have to do is to look back on those special moments when we felt very alive. Notice if it is the circumstance … such as a meditation course, a personal growth workshop, a project that meant a lot to you, or some moment that was very special.

But it could also be that certain people bring it out in you and allow you to become more authentic and fully yourself. I believe that we need others in order to have essential reflections that show us and remind us of who we are, who we can become, and who is really deep down in our soul attempting to get out.

Today is a day to reflect on those moments where that spark of your true essence emerged, and you felt fully and vitally alive. Then analyze what specifically allowed that essence to emerge and then put yourself back on that path that will give your authentic self a chance to come back to the surface and make a difference in our world.

As my father said again and again, “Don’t let the bastards get you down!” That means that don’t ever let those souls and situations tear you away from who you know yourself truly to be. Never let the darkness win. Shine that light of truth and joy out into the world and let that ignite others in ways that allow for us all to come together and make a beautiful world.
