Today is the number that can feel emotionally intense, deep and dark. Do your best to breathe and to not let the situations out there in the world overwhelm you. Step back from those things that tear you down and make you doubt your beauty and light.

In a world that feels so uncertain, it is important that you cultivate things that make you move even more towards the lightness of your being.

What we focus on is what we become. While we need to be informed to make the best decisions in such moments, we are also to learn to turn our focus towards cultivating the goodness in ourselves and others.

Breathing helps. It is the essence of the number 8. This is the number of prana … breath. It is that part of our soul that wants to climb the mountain and reach the yogi within us at the top. We intend to help our human condition see past the trials and tribulations of life and instead embody our highest and best potential.

It is the part of ourselves that asks the question, “What is the purpose and meaning of our life?”

And the answer is always … “What we make of it!
