2 + 0 = 2

Today we move into a pattern where we need to carefully think before we act. Not the knee-jerk reactive thinking but calm, cool, concise thinking that will support us in creating a plan of action that will give us some structure in a world that is disassembling.

What is tricky is to not overthink in the process. We must not focus on what we can’t do and instead focus on what we can do. Constructive actions are what this world needs now more than anything.

There is enough reactivity happening and it is important that we cultivate the rational and the real in such times.

Do your best to not allow your mind to tear you down. Do your best to not tear down others. Become an example of care and restraint. Watch the actions of others with a more neutral eye and do not take things so personally.

After all, it is our ego that wants to defend its position. Deep inside I know that every soul just wants peace.
