1 + 8 = 9
The Number 9 is the creative and intuitive genius in all of us. It arises … often after trauma, conflict, and upset because the ego can be so strong that it gets in the way of authentic intuitive and creative expressions.
Upsets in our life cause our old reality to shatter (the number 8) and only then can the sparks of something much deeper begin to rise up.
Challenges arise when we don’t go through that breaking down process of the ego. Then the ego will pretend to be intuitive knowing and that can end in disaster. That is how people end up listening to perceptions and voices inside that are false and will not lead to the success promised.
In its highest form, the number 9 is a number of activism, empathy, compassion, and the desire to help others.
If the ego is in control of the soul …and the authentic self cannot get out, this number can make people seem ungrounded, fractured, struggle with boundaries, and to not have their priorities sorted out successfully.
No one wants those experiences that break down the ego. But in the end some people have such a hard shell around their heart that they need to experience it breaking so that sweetness can finally come through.
Today is a day to listen with your heart not your head. If your head tells you to do something that you know is wrong, then it is time to learn to not listen to that voice and instead go searching for something very different that is softer, kinder, and deeper.
