Today we have a Number 6 supporting us in going inward. Today the astrology and the numerology align. Each wants a spiritual answer to the situations in which we find ourselves.

We are in a time of heightened emotions. Notice how your body seems to be handling them. If you are not feeling fully energetic, you are taking on too much energy that may not belong to you. It is a real trick to be open but to allow things and feelings to pass through you and to not allow dysfunction to attach.

The trick is that getting slimed by life is inevitable. But we get to learn that if we are holding a small amount of a negative emotion it acts like Velcro. Then when someone has a ton of that same energy, theirs can stick to our small piece, but it can feel like we end up with way more than our fair share.

That is why today is a day to ask your soul to let a lot of old stuff go. Let the intense emotions in this world roll through you like waves. Do not be attached to any wave that comes through. Just allow it to keep moving on and you will discover that such flows do not need you to fix them or correct their course. In fact, they just need to keep moving so that eventually the energy finds a way to disperse and dissipate.
