Today being the Number 9 is an invitation to the dance. That dance could be anything. What this day is about is that invitation. Sometimes we feel we need someone to invite us into a space or an experience. Sometimes we just need to invite ourselves and know that we are worthy.

Everyone has moments in their life where they feel unsure as to whether or not they belong. Especially in new places. We long for adventure and want to test our abilities and lean into places where we are uncomfortable because they are new.

But remember, if you are in the space then you are already energetically invited to this moment whether it was verbal, written, or you were just intuitively drawn into it. That is when you need to relax and just feel into the flow of what is happening.

Many years ago, when I was working in Beverly Hills and dealing with many very important people. I was given an opportunity to be in a limo with some very famous rock and rollers. Needless-to-say, I was nervous. I am a ballerina not a groupie. While I am a psychic, I learned quickly that one does not get to the top in the movie industry or the music industry without being highly attuned to your intuitive knowing. It becomes an essential tool when the stakes are so high, and the pressures are astronomical.

So, here I am, feeling awkward and out of place in this limo with some very important and actually very cool people. I literally don’t know what to say and am stumbling over my words.

That is when one of them looked me right in the eye and said, “Suzanne, do us all a favor. Everyone always thinks that they need to impress us. You don’t need to do that. Stop and recognize that you are already in the limo with us. If we did not think you were interesting and cool you would not even be in the limo. So, you can relax. We just want to hang with you and get to know you. You don’t need to put on the “Suzanne the Psychic” costume. You are already someone that we find fascinating. Just chill and let’s have some fun. Okay?”

I never forgot that lesson. Just be yourself. Stop trying to impress everyone. Just be here now. Appreciate this magical moment that is right in front of you. All anyone really wants from you is your authenticity!

Today, the number 9 invites that authentic self into the dance of your amazing life. You don’t need to try. You just need to be.

Once we fully embrace that, we discover that we were always complete. And that is the gift of the number 9 for today. You don’t need to try. You just need to be.
