Today being the Number 8, I think to what is my past and how that shaped my current reality. We all have a powerful tale to tell. We all have those places that we did not know how we were going to make it through … though somehow, we did.

It is in those emotional moments where we breed courage into our soul. It is when things do not go our way that we discover reserves of energy and power we did not know we had.

I like to think of the number 8 as a second wind. The number 8, is after all, the number of breathing. We take a breath to start our life, and we let go of a breath to exit this life. Breath is the key that brings us into this reality and so when we remember to breathe, we allow in the energy of life to sustain us and bring us to a new place of awareness.

If you don’t know the answers, just take a moment and focus on your breath. When you don’t believe you can keep going, just stop and allow yourself to consciously breathe life back into your being.

Today might be one of those days that you might need to consciously remember to breathe. Life could feel as if it suddenly becomes too much. Just remember, you don’t have to know the path. You just need to breathe, gather up your courage and take a step. When you keep doing that, you will see how far you can go.

And it will be much further than your mind believes you are able to do.
